The drone does not do the work. The drone carries the nozzle to height. The ground system does the work.
The Angled Extension Wand is a bent stainless steel extension that sits between the lance and the nozzle, offsetting the tip so the jet can be aimed at surfaces the lance body cannot face directly — soffits, balcony undersides, recessed reveals, the underside of a solar array. Quick-connect at both ends: it goes on and comes off without tools and without breaking the pressure line elsewhere.
Key benefits
- Access without repositioning. The bend puts the jet where the lance body cannot point, so the operator does not have to move the platform to change the angle of attack.
- Both ends quick-connect. Socket at the inlet, plug at the outlet. It inserts into an existing line without adapters.
- Rotatable working plane. The wand turns in the coupling, so the same part covers upward and downward work.
- Corrosion-resistant tube. Stainless steel tube with a brass coupling — suited to chemical-injected and hard-water duty.
- Adds no electronics. Purely mechanical. Nothing to calibrate, nothing to fail electrically at height.
- Stackable. Combines with the Adjustable Pivot Adaptor when the required angle is not fixed.
How it works
The wand's quick-connect socket accepts the lance outlet; the nozzle fits the plug at the far end. The fixed bend moves the tip off the lance axis, so the operator can hold the lance in a comfortable position while the jet meets the surface at an angle that would otherwise require repositioning the whole aircraft or lance.
- Connect: Push the wand socket onto the lance outlet until the collar locks.
- Fit tip: Push a quick-connect nozzle into the plug end of the wand.
- Aim: Rotate the wand in the coupling to set the working plane, then lock.

What’s included
- 1 × Angled Extension Wand with 1/4" quick-connect socket and plug
Before you deploy
Nozzle not included. The wand carries a quick-connect plug at the outlet; the nozzle is a separate item.
Reaction force. An offset tip produces a turning moment at the coupling. On a drone-mounted lance this changes the reaction the aircraft has to hold. Verify handling at low pressure before committing to a full working pass.
Lock before pressurising. Confirm both quick-connect collars are fully seated. A partially engaged coupling separates under pressure.
Rinse after chemical use. Flush with clean water after alkaline or acid injection to protect the coupling seals.
Frequently asked questions
What is an angled extension wand used for?
It offsets the nozzle from the lance axis so the jet can reach surfaces the lance cannot point at directly — soffits, balcony undersides, recessed reveals, and the underside of solar arrays.
What are the connections?
A 1/4" quick-connect socket at the inlet and a 1/4" quick-connect plug at the outlet, so it inserts into a standard line without adapters.
Does it come with a nozzle?
No. The nozzle is a separate item and fits the quick-connect plug at the outlet end.
What pressure is it rated for?
250 bar (3,625 PSI) maximum working pressure.
Can it be used on a drone lance?
Yes, but an offset tip produces a turning moment at the coupling. Verify handling at low pressure before a full working pass.
