The WasherDrone M400 Tethered Power System feeds uninterrupted ground power to a DJI Matrice 400 through a single lightweight tether, removing the endurance ceiling that limits battery-powered cleaning flight. A ground module converts mains AC to high-voltage DC and sends it up a 2.85 mm conductor; an onboard air module steps it down to a constant 51.6 V, so the drone battery stays full as a landing reserve rather than a flight-time limit.

How it works
Power travels up thin, light, high-voltage DC and is converted at the drone — the reason the tether stays light enough for agile cleaning flight.
- Ground module: Wide-range single-phase mains in; 700–750 V DC out, up to 3500 W.
- Tether: 2.85 mm cable carries DC power to the drone.
- Air module: Steps down to a constant 51.6 V; backup battery held full for landing.

Before you deploy
Continuous operation. The system is built for round-the-clock flight. Sustained flight time depends on the drone's structural and electrical limits under cleaning payload and should be validated for your configuration.
High-voltage tether. Route the cable clear of the spray zone, keep it dry, and inspect for wear before each deployment.
Wear part. The tether cable is a consumable and is not covered by warranty.
Requires a DJI Matrice 400. The system powers an M400; it is not a standalone unit.
Shipping and customs duties are not included. Requires a DJI Matrice 400 (not included).
