The drone does not do the work. The drone carries the nozzle to height. The ground system does the work.
The Rotary Turbo Nozzle takes a concentrated 0° jet and spins it at high speed into a cone, so a single tip delivers the impact of a point jet across the coverage width of a fan. It is the tool for bonded soiling — biofilm, algae, atmospheric carbon, mineral staining — that a fixed fan tip cannot lift. The nozzle carries a 045 orifice and a standard 1/4" quick-connect plug, so it swaps in and out of a drone spray lance or a ground lance without tools.
Key benefits
- Impact without a point jet. The rotating 0° stream lifts bonded soiling that a 25° or 40° fan tip only wets.
- Rotating, not oscillating. The jet traces a circle. This is a different pattern from an oscillating sweep nozzle, which moves the jet back and forth along an arc.

How it works
Water enters the nozzle body and is directed through a single 0° orifice held in a bearing seat. Flow drives the orifice around its axis, so the jet traces a cone rather than a line. The result is a moving point of high impact rather than a spread of reduced impact.
- Fit: Push the 1/4" quick-connect plug into the lance socket until the collar locks.
- Match: Confirm your pump flow sits in the intended range for a 045 orifice before use.
- Work: Hold a consistent standoff distance and move steadily; the rotating jet does the lifting, dwell time does not.

Orifice size, not spray angle, determines the pressure your pump develops at the tip. Check the flow figure on your pump plate against this table before ordering.

Before you deploy
Match the orifice to your pump. Orifice size, not spray angle, determines the pressure your pump actually develops at the tip. A 045 orifice is sized for a flow of roughly 12–13 L/min. Below that the jet loses pressure; above it, back-pressure rises and the pump goes to bypass. Check the flow figure on your pump plate before ordering.
Not the same as a sweep nozzle. A rotary nozzle spins the jet in a circle. A sweep nozzle oscillates it along an arc. They are different tools for different soiling patterns and are not interchangeable.
Consumable part. The orifice and bearing seat wear with use, particularly on unfiltered or hard water. Replace when the cone opens up or rotation becomes irregular.
Standoff distance. At close range a rotating 0° jet can mark soft substrates — painted render, timber, aged sealant. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
Sold separately. Lance, hose, and ground pump unit are separate products and are not included.
