The SweepJet Turbo Nozzle is a stainless steel high-pressure nozzle that uses the flow itself to sweep a single coherent jet back and forth across a 30° arc. Unlike a rotary turbo nozzle, it contains no rotor, no bearing and no seal: the water does the work of moving the jet. The result is a fast, concentrated stream that travels across the surface like the edge of a squeegee, driving contamination off in one direction as the drone tracks horizontally or vertically. It threads onto any G1/4" internal fitting and is rated from 60 to 200 bar.
Key benefits
- Nothing rotates. No rotor, bearing or seal inside the nozzle, so there is no rotating assembly to wear, seize or need servicing.
- Squeegee-like action. The swept jet clears contamination in one direction as the drone tracks across the surface, rather than scattering it from a spinning point.
- Energy into the water. Pressure energy is not spent turning a rotor; it goes into the jet leaving the orifice.
- Any orientation. Because nothing spins, performance does not depend on how the nozzle is held — including pointing downward.
- No gyroscopic load. With no rotating mass, the nozzle adds no spinning inertia to the airframe.
- Stainless steel build. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel body rated for continuous outdoor high-pressure duty.
How it works
Inside the nozzle, the incoming flow is fed through a fixed internal geometry that makes the jet oscillate on its own. No component turns, so no pressure energy is spent driving a rotor — it goes into the water. The jet leaves the orifice as a fast, coherent stream and is swept across a 30° arc, producing a moving line of impact rather than a rotating point.
- Feed: High-pressure water enters through the G1/4" internal thread at 60–200 bar.
- Oscillate: The fixed internal geometry makes the jet swing back and forth by itself — no rotating parts are involved.
- Sweep: The jet traverses a 30° arc; as the drone moves, the swept stream drives contamination off the surface in one direction.

Before you deploy
Not a rotary turbo nozzle. Despite the name, nothing inside this nozzle rotates. The jet is swept by the flow itself, so there is no rotor, bearing or seal to service.
Pressure range. Rated for 60 to 200 bar. Operating below 60 bar will not produce the intended swept pattern; do not exceed 200 bar.
Protective sleeve. The polymer sleeve shields the nozzle body during handling and operation. It is supplied only with the Sleeve configuration and can be ordered later.
Compatibility. Any G1/4" internal fitting, including the WasherDrone SkyLance M400. Match nozzle count to the flow your SkyJet ground pump unit can deliver.
Reaction force. A high-pressure jet produces thrust at the nozzle. Include this in your payload and stability budget and verify it in your own configuration.
Wear. With no rotating assembly, the orifice is the only wear surface. Inspect it periodically and replace the nozzle when the jet pattern degrades.
Shipping and customs duties are not included.
