WasherDrone SkyTank 250 Pure Water Tank with Booster Pump

The SkyTank 250 is a 250 litre pure-water tank on its own skid, with a booster pump inside that feeds the high-pressure ground unit at approximately 4 bar — so the pump runs flooded rather than on suction lift. SkyTank 250 is dedicated to purified water only; where a chemical solution has to be carried, the same platform is supplied as SkyMix 250.

The drone does not do the work. The drone carries the nozzle to height. The ground system does the work.

How it works

Purified water produced upstream is transferred into the vessel through the 80 mm fill opening. The integrated booster pump then delivers it to the inlet of the high-pressure ground unit at approximately 4 bar.

2. Pressurise: The integrated booster pump draws from the vessel and delivers approximately 4 bar at the outlet.
3. Feed: The 3/4" stainless outlet feeds the high-pressure ground unit, which then runs flooded rather than on suction lift.

Before you deploy

Purified water only. The unit is marked and dedicated to purified water. A vessel that has carried a chemical solution cannot be returned to purified-water duty; where a chemical solution is required, use SkyMix 250.

Standing water. Purified water is chemically aggressive and readily takes up whatever it stands in contact with. Where a spot-free finish is critical, flush the line and check outlet TDS after the unit has stood idle.

Biological growth. Purified water carries no residual disinfectant and will support biofilm if left standing. Drain the vessel when the unit will be idle for an extended period.

No dry-run protection. The booster pump is not protected against running dry. Watch the sight tube and stop the unit before the vessel empties — this matters most at the end of a rinse pass.

Check the ground unit inlet limit. The outlet delivers approximately 4 bar. Confirm the maximum permitted inlet pressure of the high-pressure pump before connecting.

Water source not included. SkyTank does not purify water. Purification is performed upstream by SkyPure or an equivalent source, which is a separate product and is not included.

Moving the unit. Move the unit empty. Filled weight is approximately 330 kg — check floor, lift and vehicle load ratings before positioning.

Shipping and customs duties are not included.
